Mexico is planning on decriminalizing the carrying of small amounts of drugs. Click here for story. And we're not just talking marijuana but also cocaine, heroin, LSD, ecstasy and other drugs for personal use.
Now this law doesn't allow for the sale of such drugs, it simply allows for those wh owish to possess small amounts of drugs to possess them. Of course the law does not make it legal for those people to buy the drugs.

It's a secret plot backed by the Frito-Lay, Taco Bell, & White Castle. They figure if there are more people on drugs down there, the munchie demand will gow exponentially (sp?).

Imagine the Mexican legislator trying to determine the limits for personal use. "Is is 3 joints or 4? 14 milligrams or 15?" Was any personal testing of these limits involved?
Then, I'm confused by the paragraph saying that this legislation is fabulous because we'll have something that sets the personal use limit. I would have thought that the current policies/laws set that at zero.
